On Jan 22, 2004, Eugene Gatari joined Voices of Women for an informal discussion on "US Activities in Rwanda."

This was a very interesting opportunity to learn from a scholar who understands the area and the policies. Eugene is from Rwanda and has completed his M.A. Program in Peace and Justice Studies at the USD Institute for Peace and Justice and is currently completing an empirical study of Rotary Foundation Programs as a Rotary International District 5340 intern. He is a Fulbright Scholar.
