To apply to be a supporter of Voices of Women, we require that you provide us

join Voices of Women.

comments to our "Your Thoughts" online discussion board.
When you submit comments to the online discussion service, we ask you to disclose
your email address in addition to your comments and other optional information.
You can choose not to have your email address displayed with your comments.

Voices
Of Women uses the information we collect in the following ways:

be a supporter.
Voices Of Women does not share the personal information you submit during the
supporter application process with any third-party company or organization;
all personal information we collect is solely for the use of Voices Of Women.

comments to our "Your Thoughts" online discussion board. We only
use the information you provide to us to chronicle your comments; we do not use
such information for marketing purposes or share your information with any third-party
company or organization. Because your email address, at your election, can be
displayed with your comments, we can make no assurance that others will not use

Voices Of Women reserves the right to release personal information when we believe,
in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, or
to protect the rights, property, or safety of Voices Of Women, our members, or

from Voices Of Women:

related to supportership transaction or maintenance activities and online discussion
service usage. These emails include supporter application receipt confirmations,
supporter status updates, supporter problem notifications, or notifications
of misuse of our online discussion service.

containing information about Voices Of Women and its planned activities and events.
We may send emails and other communications to Voices Of Women members regarding
upcoming activities and events planned by Voices Of Women or any other organization
we deem may be of relevance to our membership. Any Voices Of Women supporter
who does not wish to receive such communications can choose to remove her contact
information from our contact list at any time by e-mailing info@voicesofwomen.org.

you will be subject to the third parties' privacy policies. While we support

protection of privacy on the Internet, Voices Of Women cannot be responsible

privacy policy was last changed in June, 2002. Voices Of Women reserves the right
to modify or amend this policy at any time by posting the revised privacy policy
